Ichiban Boshi will be serving take away Yakitori starting from the 15th of June onwards. In Japanese, Yakitori means grilled chicken whereby Kushiyaki means skewered and grilled and this both words mean the same and it can be used interchangeably in Japanese society.
The average Yakitori is made from several bite-sized pieces of chicken meat and is skewered on a bamboo stick and grilled.
Ichiban Boshi serve different types of Yakitori and the sauces is all homemade with own secret recipe origin from our Japanese Master Chef, Nakagawa san and these sauces can find nowhere other than Ichiban Boshi.
