From 1st December 2012 until 28 February 2013, customers get to dine-in or take away both the Prosperity Abalone Treasure Pot and the Signature Prosperity Abalone Treasure Pot and share it over a family meal to symbolize unity, and bring in great fortune for the New Year. It will also be available for take away service on 9 February 2013 before 3pm (Chinese New Year’s Eve).
For Hong Leong Credit and Debit Card holders, the Prosperity Abalone Treasure Pot is now available at an amazing price of RM338++(original priced RM388). The Treasure Pot is bundled with eighteen ingredients and can be fully enjoyed by 6-8 persons. The Treasure Pot was co-designed by Dragon-i’s chef who hails from Shanghai and Hong Kong. Contained in a high quality steel pot, this remarkable dish is convenient to take away and easily reheated before serving.
The Prosperity Abalone Treasure pot is packed with 18 ingredients including delicacies such as Braised Premium Chilean Abalone (12 heads), Sea Cucumber, Japanese Dried Scallops, Japanese Dried Oysters, Premium Mushrooms, Pantai Remis Fresh Sea Prawns, Roast Chicken, Braised Pork Belly, Golden Money Bags, Pork Balls, Dried Beancurd Skin, Yam, Black Moss, Chinese Cabbage, Broccoli, Deep-fried Beancurd Skin and Radish in a superior Pork Bone Stock. It weighs a total of 9 lbs.
Dragon-i also offers the Signature Prosperity Abalone Treasure pot for customers who prefer something even more supreme and exquisite. The Signature Prosperity Abalone Treasure pot is packed with 18 ingredients including delicacies such as Braised Premium Chilean Abalone (10 heads), Premium Sea Cucumber, Shark’s Fin, Japanese Dried Scallops, Japanese Dried Oysters, Fish Maw, Goose Web, Roast Chicken, Braised Pork Belly, Pork Balls, Premium Mushrooms, Brazilian Matsutake Mushrooms, Shaggy Mane Mushrooms, Black Moss, Dried Beancurd Skin, Deep-fried Beancurd Skin and Bamboo Piths in Dragon-i’s Special Broth. It weighs a total of 9 lbs.
The composition of the pot begins with top layer having abalone, sea cucumber,dried scallops,dried scallops,fresh prawns and sea cucumber. The second layer follows with premium mushrooms, roast chicken, braised pork belly, golden money bags, black moss, Third and fourth layers are particularly all fresh goodies with cabbage,broccoli and deep fried beancurd skin which is the landing part to the entire dish that creates a final taste and aroma. It absorbs all the aroma and moisture from the first three layers and with one dip of your spoon into this layers of treasures will give you a taste of dry seafood at the top layer,and the mild flavour emanating from the meat at the second layer. On the whole the soul of the dish which is its gravy oriented is highly recommended to compliment with a bowl of rice.
