Construction on the mall is progressing well, with the structure recently reaching Level 1 at its western end and with all foundations for the retail mall now finished. Upon completion, the mall will offer a fun and affordable family experience comprising amazing green space, fantastic shops, great food and entertainment.
President and CEO of S P Setia Berhad, Tan Sri Dato’ Sri Liew Kee Sin, said: ‘The line up of key anchor retailers secured for Setia City Mall continues to meet our aspirations. The addition of another retail market leader like Harvey Norman will no doubt please our customers.’ He added.

Having worked with Lend Lease before, we are confident that the mix of shops at Setia City Mall will be great, and with added marketing from us, should provide a wonderful shopping experience for all our customers.’
In addition to Parkson, Golden Screen Cinemas and Harvey Norman, the centre will also include over 200 local and international stores, a number of large format retailers and a public park. It will also offer efficient access to over 2,500 car parks and will be easily connected to nearby roads, towns and major highways.
Setia City Mall is set to dramatically enhance the area’s shopping and leisure offer and will provide broad appeal to draw customers from across Malaysia, with a focus on the wider Klang Valley.
The new mall will be designed, marketed and managed by the joint venture entity, combining the best of Malaysian and international retail development skills and experience to create a high quality, successful retail environment.
In addition to world class design, the new mall will also set the benchmark in sustainable retail development, being the first and only mall to be included under the Malaysian Green Building Index’s pilot accreditation scheme.
