A fast growing customer base

So, who is going to shop at Setia City Mall? Already, the three main catchment areas have a total population of around 1.4 million*. But for incoming retailers, one of the development's key attractions is that it forms part of the hugely ambitious Setia Alam masterplan, which will drive the growth of a flourishing township, packed with affluent and enthusiastic shoppers, over the next few years.

Already, Setia Alam is starting to come alive – with over 8,000 houses and 750 commercial units sold, creating a total population of well over 20,000. And with houses continuing to sell like hot cakes, the current population will have more than doubled by the time Setia City Mall opens.
