One of Singapore's oldest shopping centres, Parkway Parade was acquired by new owners in 2000. Eager to maximise the value of their asset, they called in Lend Lease to prepare ambitious plans for a major redevelopment.
Drawing upon their vast international experience, Lend Lease were able to carry out this very large project while Parkway Parade continued to trade. Upon completion of the work in 2003, visitor numbers soared to over 21 million per year, making this one of Singapore's busiest suburban shopping malls.
